One test is to test your biceps. You need to find a weight at which you will max out at ten to fifteen reps. For males, the minimum weight should be twenty pounds. For adult females, the nominal weight should be eight pounds. Extend your arms straight down and be sure that your arms are fully extended between each curl. Use both of your arms at the same time and execute as many curls as you can until you die. Be sure not to take a break longer than one second between each rep. If you can perform at least ten curls with the minimum weight, then you are good with biceps.

This next test might be difficult to understand, so be sure to search for photos online to perform it. This is an abdominal test. You will need to sit on the floor with hands at your sides. Your knees must be bent with your feet firmly on the floor. Raise your feet off of the ground and bring your knees in towards your chest. Straighten Out your legs back out and repeat this movement without touching the floor. The minimum number of repetitions for men or women must be at least twenty five. If you are competent to do this, then you will be able to pass this nominal abs test.
